No. OPERACAP is designed for direct use by field operators and methods specialists, without requiring any IT skills. It can be learned in less than 10 minutes.
License & fees
After subscribing, you will receive a license key that you enter directly into the application on your headset. Activation is instant, with no permanent internet connection required. Yes. Multiple modules can be activated on the same headset. For a multi-module bundle with tiered pricing, Contact us for a quote.
The app displays an alert 7 days before expiration. Upon expiration, access is suspended, but all your data (gestures, procedures, library) is retained. Renewal restores full access immediately.
OPERA TRANSMIT
The operator puts on his headset and sees the expert's movements replayed in real time as a 3D avatar, directly superimposed on his field of vision at the actual workstation. He observes, reproduces, corrects himself, and repeats—until he masters the perfect movement. More information →
Yes, in the Pro version. The gesture file export and import feature allows you to transfer the library from one headset to another or share it between sites. This feature is not available in the free version.
OPERA BUILD
OPERA BUILD is compatible with standard 3D formats: FBX, OBJ, GLTF, and files from CATIA, SolidWorks, SolidEdge, Fusion 360, Inventor, FreeCAD, and SketchUp.
